North East Devolution Consultation
People across the North East are being asked for their views on a £4.2 billion devolution deal.
A public consultation is now under way to give residents across the region a chance to understand how the proposed devolution deal from government could be implemented and to have their say on the plans.
Two events are planned to give you an opportunity to find out more, ask questions and take part in the consultation. The events will take place at County Hall, in Durham, on Thursday 23 February and online on Tuesday 28 February.
To find out more, complete an online survey or to register for the events go to www.durham.gov.uk/NorthEastDevolution
The consultation is open until 5pm on Thursday, 23 March 2023
